Common questions

What is the difference between the one-time plan and the monthly plan?
The one-time plan (PKR 1,50,000) means you pay once and own the software outright. You get lifetime updates and never pay again. The monthly plan (PKR 15,000/month) means NextDot fully manages the hosting, backups, SSL, and ongoing support — ideal if you want zero infrastructure responsibility. Both plans include all 8 modules and full white-label rights.
How long does it take to go live?
For most businesses, NextDot Accounting can be fully set up and live within 5–7 working days. This includes deployment, branding customisation, initial configuration, and a walkthrough session with your team.
Do I need any technical knowledge to use it?
No. The platform is designed to be easy to use without any accounting or technical background. Our team configures everything for you — you simply start using it. We also provide a walkthrough session so your staff are confident from day one.
Can I turn off modules I don't need?
Yes — any module can be switched on or off from the Settings panel. If you only need Accounting, Sales, and CRM, you can hide everything else and keep the interface clean and focused for your team.
Is it really 100% white label?
Completely. There are no "powered by" notices, no third-party logos, and no copyright links from anyone else. The software runs on your domain, under your brand name, with your logo and colours. Your customers will never know which platform sits underneath.
What happens when you release updates?
Updates are applied to your deployment by our team. We make sure every update reaches you without any data loss. You do not need to do anything — updates arrive as part of your plan.
Who handles support after go-live?
